No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products, services, deposits, or completed work.

Due to the nature of our industry—providing custom concrete materials, delivery scheduling, and labor-intensive services—we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once:

A product has been mixed, delivered, or dispatched;
A service has been scheduled, mobilized, or completed;
A deposit has been received and work has begun, including material sourcing or crew scheduling.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

While refunds are not offered, we understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service:

You must provide at least 7 days' advance notice prior to the scheduled service date.
Requests must be submitted in writing via email or confirmed by phone.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may result in additional fees, especially for short-notice changes or re-mobilization of crews.

Failure to provide at least 7 days’ notice may result in the forfeiture of any deposit or full service charge.

Quality Assurance

At C&M Concrete, we take pride in the quality of our materials and workmanship. If you believe there is an issue with your order or service, please contact us immediately. While refunds are not provided, we will work with you in good faith to resolve any legitimate concerns related to the quality of our work or materials, subject to the terms of your service agreement or warranty, if applicable.
